Identity Documents Personalisation Centre under the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Lithuania implementing the state policy in the field of issuance of personal documents of the Republic of Lithuania in accordance with its competence.

The mission is to be a modern state institution that ensures timely and safe issuance of personal documents in accordance with the applicable legislation, coordination of issuance and issuance processes.

Strategic goals:

• Improving performance management by applying quality management systems in accordance with the LST EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard and information security management systems in accordance with the LST ISO / IEC 27001: 2017 standard.
• Monitor the processes of issuing and issuing personal documents and make suggestions on how to ensure the efficiency of the processes.
• Effective updating of equipment related to the issuance and issuance of personal documents.
• Expanding and improving the services provided, taking into account the needs of customers and society.
• Expanding the range of personal documents issued.
• Use of safe and advanced technologies.
