– it became unsuitable for use;
– its validity has expired;
– a citizen does not hold valid travel document.
The passport shall be valid for up to one year.
The passport shall be issued by the diplomatic or consular mission of the Republic of Lithuania.
The passport’s dimensions match the requirements of ISO/IEC 7810:2003 standard for ID-3 documents.
The passport matches the requirements for passports specified in Doc9303 of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
The 2nd page of the passport contains a sticker with the data stated in parts 1, 2, 3, 4 of article 5 of the Law on identity card and passport of the Republic of Lithuania, and with transparent cold-applied laminate with kinematic effect.
The data are printed with colour inkjet printer.
The passport contains 32 numbered pages.
The passport number is perforated through all inside pages except the front cover.
