Digital temporary residence permit in the Republic of Lithuania in 2023

From 2023 January 18 Identity Documents Personalisation Centre under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania has started issuing digital temporary residence permit in the Republic of Lithuania.

The form of these permits was approved by the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania in 2022. December 23 by order no. 1V-799 „Regarding the approval of the description of the procedure for issuing the digital temporary residence permit in the Republic of Lithuania“.

The digital temporary residence permit grants the right to temporarily reside in the Republic of Lithuania and confirms the granted temporary protection in the Republic of Lithuania.
